    Booking & Cancellation Policy

    To lock in your fishing trip, a $100 booking fee is required at the time of booking.

    • Cancel 48 hours or more before your trip and you’ll receive a full refund of the $100 booking fee.
    • Cancel within 48 hours of your trip, and the booking fee is non-refundable.
    • No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the booking fee.
       

    Weather Happens

    • If we have to cancel due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, you’ll get a full refund of your booking fee or the option to reschedule—your choice.
    • Light rain or changing forecasts don’t automatically mean a cancellation. The captain always makes the final call with safety in mind.
       

    Need to Reschedule?

    • You can reschedule for free with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
    • Changes within 48 hours may be treated the same as a late cancellation.

    We provide all necessary fishing gear, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. We also provide life jackets and all required safety equipment.

    No, all anglers are covered under Captain Bryan.
